THE ARCHIVES
The Archival Collection encompasses documentation on the history of postal & telecommunications services on Croatian territory, as well as on the Museum's operation. The materials were collected in archives and other related institutions on the territory of former Yugoslavia, as well as abroad, particularly in Viennese and Budapest archives; through clippings from official PTT bulletins, the press, periodicals, and the like; by taking over materials from the local postal & telecommunications institutions (1804-1945).
The collection includes documentation of extreme significance for the development and history of postal & telecommunications services on Croatian territory. Since it does not have at its disposal its own working premises, the archives are not open for public.
