The Technical Department, consisting of some 250 items, includes the following collections: Collection of Typewriters, Collection of Office Equipment and Computers, Collection of Sewing Machines, and Collection of Telecommunications - encompassing somewhat smaller collections of telephones and telephone exchanges, as well as a larger collection of radio sets; Collection of Photographic and Cinematographic Devices, Collection of Household Appliances, and Crafts Collection. The Fire-Department Collection and the Collection of Printing Presses and Equipment have been established only recently.
